The Healthy St. Mary’s Partnership (HSMP) Bylaws create a framework for the partnership, defining coalition processes and responsibilities for leadership to ensure effective progress toward local health improvement.
As HSMP continues to evolve, it is important to periodically review and update the bylaws to meet coalition needs. The following is an overview of changes made to the partnership Bylaws.
September 21, 2017: Membership Vote of Bylaws Revisions
Members present at the 2017 Annual Meeting vote unanimously to approve the revisions proposed by the Steering Committee. The revised version is now in effect for all partnership business.
August 21, 2017: Notice of Proposed Bylaws Revisions
Members are notified that the Steering Committee had completed a formal review of the Bylaws and are asked to review the recommended updates prior to voting on the proposed revisions at the 2017 HSMP Annual Meeting.
May 6, 2015: Adoption of HSMP Bylaws
After a formal drafting and membership review process, the Healthy St. Mary’s Partnership Steering Committee voted to adopt the original HSMP Bylaws.
